Militant Neutrality

On Ambar, the forces of neutrality are arguably at least as powerful as those of good and evil and certainly as active. Kitania is building a great wall to head off the goblyn hordes to the south. They do not seek the expungement of all evil, but rather move to protect themselves from it. Ambar is about struggle against evenly matched and long standing opponents.
