Caer Sidi (The "Revolving Castle")

Caer Sidi (meaning "Revolving Castle") is a ring of floating stones atop Sidi Tor, the easternmost peak of the great Belerion Mountains. The menhirs are ancient beyond any mortal ken, and were likely built by the Ithil'Rhi, although the stones of most ruins are firmly rooted upon the ground.

The stone circle focuses magics from across Hrivlyggdor. At night, silver beacon flames outline shapes in the land--a Shining Path of lines that run through the earth, connecting the Glass Islands of the Dead to far away places. There is great power to be gained here, but at a great price, for the ancient magics are far too strong for mortals to control, and many a seeker has been driven insane--stripped of mind and soul.
